American Industries lays the foundation stone for the Independencia II Industrial Park in Ciudad Juárez

In Ciudad Juárez the first of what will be the Independencia II Industrial Park was placed , which will be built by the developer American Industries and which implies an investment of more than 13 million dollars.
In addition, this park will generate around 3,000 direct jobs and a spill of 1,000 vacancies in the construction phase.
“Juárez is a land of work and prosperity, and American Industries has been key in making our virtues known to the whole world. This company has served as a sounding board so that the voice of the inhabitants of this desert resounds throughout the world and is heard in every corner, ”said Maru Campos, governor of Chihuahua.
The Parque Independencia II will have 24 hectares, to build six buildings that will allow national and international operations of the companies.
In turn, the president of American Industries, Luis Lara Armendáriz, expressed his approval for the start of this work that will contribute to the development of Juárez, with six industrial buildings that will be installed in this lot, which is known as " Pocket Park " In other words, a small park, which will nevertheless house at least 3,000 direct and indirect jobs, which will benefit approximately 15,000 people.
For her part, Fabiola Luna, president of index Juárez, thanked American Industries for this park, which continues to promote Juárez for investments, which at the same time implies a commitment for the institution under its charge, to approach and serve companies , to boost the economy of this border.
“It is about knowing their needs and supporting them as much as possible. Fortunately, there has been investment. The companies are resuming their expansion projects. Industrial buildings were needed to receive foreign investment. Ciudad Juárez continues to be an attractive point for new projects, ”he declared.
Finally, according to Fabiola, new projects for the region are contemplated in the future. “Yes, there are [contemplated] new investments. We have contact with developers and brokers. They tell us that they have a lot of interest from various corporations in the city ”, he concluded.
