Construction of the new Fleximatic plant in Jalisco begins

With the laying of the first stone of the new Fleximatic plant , in the Parque Industrial Centro Logístico de Jalisco , the company takes a step forward in the objective of positioning itself as a leader in the hardware industry nationwide.
This New Center of the West that will be located in Zacoalco de Torres, Jalisco, is the reflection of growth and the need for expansion of the Mexican company, as was announced by Javier Gómez Pulido, general director of Fleximatic, who assured that in this new stage will increase their production and streamline logistics.
“With the construction of the new center we will continue promoting and developing better products. I am honored to start a new stage of growth for the company where the effort of each of the collaborators is reflected ”, he stated.
For this reason, they have the mission of offering facilities that promote the human development of their employees so that they can have a good working and productive environment; in addition to investing in new opportunities for professional growth and continuous improvement with training plans, training and development of employees.
Fleximatic has been consolidating in the hardware industry for more than 35 years, with 2,500 distributors in Mexico and South America . This company is distinguished by its innovation and the large portfolio of products in plumbing solutions.
In this expansion, the land is 53,000 square meters, it will be developed in four stages and in each one they will be developing some industrial buildings.
In the first phase, they will create a 3,000 m2 building for the administrative and production area; and if necessary they will be building two first complexes.
Later they will create two other spaces with a capacity of 12,000 m2, a period in which they project that the company will begin to have new business opportunities.
Sergio Ríos, general director of investment attraction of the Ministry of Economic Development of Jalisco , said that the region is becoming a development pole for many industries, and this is reflected by having positioned itself in third place nationally in attraction of foreign direct investment in 2020, with more than 2 billion dollars.
He said that with the expansion of the sectors to other regions of the state, they make them develop and position themselves, diversifying and at the same time fulfilling the mission of being a pole of business opportunities and economic growth throughout the state.
