Meor builds a new industrial park in Nuevo León: Hubs Park Apodaca

With an investment of 300 million pesos and the generation of 1,000 direct and 1,500 indirect jobs, Meor laid the first stone of what will be its new industrial park: Hubs Park Apodaca , which will be located in Nuevo León, and is expected to be opens in May 2022.
The company that develops class A industrial and commercial projects, Meor, announced that the construction of this industrial park is designed to house manufacturing and logistics companies in its 18,500 profitable square meters.
Javier Camarena , CEO of Meor, commented that, even in times of pandemic, the real estate sector has been growing.
“A proof of this is that we continue to evolve and advance by leaps and bounds with the signing of Hubs Park, now reaching Apodaca. Without a doubt, this industrial warehouse will bring great benefits since it has been designed to be attractive to international manufacturing and logistics companies that are seeking to position themselves in Monterrey, ”he highlighted.
Meanwhile, Leopoldo Otero , project director, explained that this industrial park will be located in the municipality of Apodaca, the industrial capital of northeastern Mexico.
He added that 300 million pesos have been invested, in the stand alone mode with the possibility of being subdivisible, following the characteristics of the Hubs Park line, which are ideal for AAA companies seeking industrial spaces in the main industrial corridors of Mexico.
"The project estimates to generate between 1,000 and 1,200 direct jobs for qualified labor, as well as 1,500 indirect jobs," he said.
VANGUARD INDUSTRIAL PARK
Hubs Park Apodaca is designed to be a flexible project, it meets all the characteristics required for manufacturing by having perfect areas for production lines and enough energy for them (1,800Kvas) as well as for logistics, having a height of 32ft and an approximate ratio of 1 dock for every 1,500 m2 of GLA (gross profitable area) and two ramps with the possibility of a third.
In investment matters, this firm promises class A projects, having the best specifications with international standards, taking sustainable considerations such as energy saving, water reuse and strategies for transportation methods.
For the eight projects that Meor has contemplated, an investment of 3,000 million pesos is estimated to locate the following industrial parks:
- 2 in Tijuana
- 2 in Ciudad Juárez
- 2 in Monterrey
- 1 in Mexico City
- 1 in Guadalajara
In March of this year, the company laid the first stone of an industrial park in Tijuana , which will house companies from the manufacturing and logistics sector: Hubs Park Tijuana.
