Among these, Jalisco has “Colinas de Lagos” a park that will promote industrial activity in the city of Lagos de Moreno, located right in the middle of the Bajío Zone, which is the Mexican Automotive Corridor.

Jalisco is one of the best connected regions in the country with the most efficient network of roads in Mexico.
In Jalisco there are 6,616 kilometers of highways, of which the majority (4,420.9) belong to the state network. The rest are federal (2,196) and toll roads (599).

SEAPORTS

The state is close to the main seaports on the Mexican Pacific coast due to its geographical location. Jalisco connects you by sea to any destination. It is located between two of the most important ports of the country: Manzanillo and Lázaro Cárdenas.

· The Manzanillo Port is the nearest port located in Manzanillo, Colima. The distance is of 296km from Guadalajara. Is three hours away by highway.
· Has 35 sea transportation lines and it maintains commercial relationships with 57 ports in exports and 67 in imports focus on containerized cargo.
· Ranked 4th in Latin America, in container movements.
· 44% of the containers that enter Mexico are received at this port.

Canal Depth
Manzanillo port has specialized terminals for sixth-generations container vessels up to 366 meters of length with a capacity of 13,400 TEUs.

Seaports available and under construction
Development of Port Manzanillo at Cuyutlán Lagoon. The exit to the Pacific through Lázaro Cárdenas Port is around 500 km away and approximately 1000 km from the Atlantic through the Port of Veracruz.

AIRPORTS

Jalisco has two airports, one in the Guadalajara metropolitan area and the other in Puerto Vallarta, its main beach resort.
Guadalajara's International Airport will expand, duplicating its capacity by 2024, which is expected to consolidate and even improve its position as the third airport with the highest operations in the country.
Likewise, this airport offers 92 monthly cargo frequencies, which move products to the United States, Asia, Europe and the rest of Latin America.
